Dr Swati is instrumental in advising clients on the feasibility, admissibility, and strategic framing of complex legal matters. Acting as a juridical navigator who has a highly experienced team covering all district courts and tribunals in Delhi, she commences the client’s engagement with a comprehensive case audit, evaluating the ratio decidendi and obiter dicta of lower court judgments to determine the viability of advancing the matter to the Supreme Court. Where appropriate, Dr Swati also prepares and files Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) under Article 136, Writ Petitions under Article 32, or Civil/Criminal Appeals by Certificate, in consonance with constitutional and statutory provisions.
