For Swati Dr Swati Jindal Garg is an advocate on record, practising in the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court and all district courts and tribunals in Delhi. She has done her doctorate in criminal law and is also an external member in the internal complaints committee of various private as well as government organisations. She is an impanelled advocate of various government institutions. Dr Swati has also authored books on legal issues, impacting women as working on women related issues is her area of interest. Confidence, building and leadership Development of women is close to her heart and she is a firm believer of the fact that holistic development happens when women coach women and take each other forward.

Vartika, a passionate advocate for women’s rights, has not only dedicated her efforts to addressing the rights of marginalized communities, but she is also an acclaimed writer with her articles and essays on social issues featured in both national and international publications. With extensive pro bono work and NGO experience under her belt, she has also authored and created education booklet that simplifies the Supreme Court guidelines on the Rights of Sex Workers which is now used as a peer education aid.
